GEORGE
George was found as a stray in Small Heath and now he's in the care of Team Cat Rescue, he's had the full works: he's been vet checked, neutered, microchipped, flea and worm treated and started his vaccinations. The vets estimate George to be around 18 months old. If you're looking for a friendly fuss lover, gorgeous George could be your perfect match. His fosterer says: "George is a super affectionate cat. As soon as I go towards him, he's rubbing around my legs and being his adorable self. He seems to be making up for time in trying to get as much love as possible and doesn't mind being picked up for a cuddle either! He's a handsome boy with a warm glowing red undertone to his black coat and really does light up the room. George is a really clean cat and uses his litter tray with no issues at all. He enjoys a mix of wet and dry food." If you'd like to meet George, please give Lynne a call on 0121 373 4596 between 9 and 5, Monday to Friday. |

TREVOR
Trevor, who the vets estimate to be around 7 years old, was a stray for some time before he started to sleep in the garden of a kind neighbour who rescued him. Trevor has been vet checked and is neutered, vaccinated, flea and worm treated and will be microchipped prior to adoption. Trevor's fosterer, who is also the lady who rescued him, says: "Although Trevor has spent much of his time outdoors, he's adapted to indoor life like a duck to water and we think he could happily become an indoor cat, although he might like to have a bit of outdoor space to explore if that was on offer. He adores fuss and shows this with loud purrs and can't resist a warm lap to curl up. He is also a professional kneader of any cosy blanket he finds! Trevor is a really relaxed cat who isn't fazed if he finds himself in a different place to where he's used to - when we've been away, he's settled in with his 'holiday fosterers' immediately. Trevor is at the stage in his life where he just wants love, food, fuss and company. He enjoys his food and tucks in with great enthusiasm and uses his litter tray with no issues at all. Trevor would be fine living with older children who are respectful of cats. He definitely needs to be the only cat in he house though, as he's not keen on our own cat". If you're interested in meeting Trevor, please contact Lynne on 0121 373 4596 between 9 and 5, Monday to Friday. |

FRIDA
Frida, who we have named after Frida Kahlo, is a fuss-loving 4-year-old cat who is looking for a new home after her owner moved house and left her behind. She is spayed and will have the usual TCR treatment before she is homed – she'll be microchipped, flea and worm treated and vaccinated. Her fosterer says: “Frida is one of the most adorable cats I’ve ever met – she is such a friendly, fuss loving girl and just can’t resist a good chin scratch and cuddle. She has the most unusual patterns to her fur, especially around her eyes which make her look a bit angry/sad but she’s the total opposite in personality! She uses her litter tray perfectly and enjoys a mix of Whiskas and other wet and dry food. Frida shared her previous home with other cats so she may be able to live with another friendly feline“. If you’re interested in meeting Frida, please phone Lynne on 0121 373 4596 between 9 and 5, Monday to Friday. |

LUNA
Sweet little Luna is in the care of Team Cat Rescue due to a change in her owner's circumstances. She's spayed and has been flea and worm treated. She's now had a health check and is microchipped and vaccinated. Her fosterer says: "Lady Luna is a gentle little princess. She loves people and her creature comforts. She is always happy to see you and always greets you with a purr and a good rub around your legs! Quite often she will have a little chat with you too, with the sweetest little meow! She loves to spend time with you and likes to snuggle next to you on the sofa or settle down on your lap for a good cuddle. You can pretty much guarantee if you move you will lose the best spot in the house but being so good natured, this little princess will gladly let you take it back. She is very loving and loves to roll over and let you stroke her tummy and likes to be picked up or to have a brush. The more settled she has become the more playful she is, too. She loves to play with a string or tickle stick with you but if you are busy she loves nothing more than a good game of chase the tail, which is always amusing to watch! Luna really is a lovely lady and is a pleasure to foster. We feel she would be best suited to a home where she is the only cat, as she is fearful of other cats, though with sensitive introductions she may learn to tolerate older very laid back cats who are likely to ignore her. Luna uses her litter tray perfectly and likes her food! She seems to favour wet food. We think she would like access to outdoors." If you're interested in meeting Luna, please phone Lynne on 0121 373 4596 between 9 and 5, Monday to Friday. |

LOLA AND ED
Lola and Ed are looking for a new home due to a change in their owner’s circumstances. As they are so close and bonded, they are looking for a loving home together Both cats are fully vaccinated and microchipped, and Lola is spayed and Ed is neutered. Their fosterer says: “Lola can be a little shy but enjoys fuss on her own terms. Ed is more loving and energetic. So far, they have been indoor cats, so they may be happiest as indoor cats or with access to a catio. We think they would be happy living with older respectful children or in an adult-only home - but no dogs. They enjoy most brands of wet food and Whiskas dry food, and are reliable with their litter trays. They can go to their new home with their toys, carrier, litter trays and bowls”. If you’d like to meet this lovely twosome, please phone Lynne on 0121 373 4596 between 9 and 5, Monday to Friday. |
